A heavily tattooed woman who goes by the name “Toxii” has taken social media by storm after revealing just how drastically her appearance has changed in just a few years.
Now almost completely covered in ink, Toxii’s transformation is nothing short of dramatic. The top half of her body is nearly blacked out with tattoos, and her extensive body modifications include a removed nose, split tongue, inked eyeballs and tongue, and horn-like implants on her forehead.

However, in a recent Instagram post, she shocked followers by sharing a photo from 2019, before she embarked on her extreme transformation. In the throwback image, she looked unrecognizable—with soft features, blonde hair, and minimal makeup.
Social Media Reacts to Her Drastic Change
Toxii’s post quickly went viral, with many followers stunned by how much she has altered her appearance in such a short amount of time.
One user commented, “You were so beautiful before. What on Earth led you do this to yourself?”

Another questioned, “Why do you hate yourself?”
One person expressed concern over the rapid pace of her modifications, writing, “I don’t understand how you can make these changes so quickly. I think decisions like this should be made over time to give the mind, body, and soul a chance to adjust.”
Others took their criticism even further, suggesting that her modifications were beyond personal expression.
“The only explanation for this is possession,” one person wrote. “There’s no other reason someone would go through this much body modification and engage in these rituals without something supernatural influencing them.”

Another bluntly stated, “Very bad. Like Satan. This woman is going straight to hell.”
Some users even compared her to an extraterrestrial, with one remarking, “You look like an alien.”
Toxii Speaks Out About Her Modifications
Despite the backlash, Toxii remains open about her journey. In another Instagram post, she appeared in an interview with well-known street artist Devon Rodriguez, where she discussed the painful process behind some of her most extreme procedures.

Rodriguez asked her, “Which of your modifications hurt the most while healing?”
Without hesitation, she replied, “My nose removal was way worse.” She then revealed that it took about eight weeks to fully heal from the surgery.
Rodriguez followed up with a surprising question: “Did you keep the nose?”
Toxii casually replied, “I have all my body parts… in little jars, yeah.”
A Controversial Transformation
Her response only fueled more discussion online, with many disturbed by the idea of keeping removed body parts as souvenirs.
Toxii’s extreme body modifications continue to spark debate, with some defending her right to self-expression while others remain shocked, horrified, and even convinced that something sinister is at play.
Regardless of the criticism, one thing is certain—her transformation has captivated social media, and the reactions show no sign of slowing down.
