The former Fox News host, and newly appointed U.S. Ambassador to Greece, stunned in an elegant black mermaid-style gown that emphasized her sleek silhouette.

The dress featured a dramatic plunging lace bodice and feather-detailed skirt, elegantly separated by a satin bow at the waist. Coordinating shoulder embellishments added extra flair to the already eye-catching ensemble.

Guilfoyle completed the look with silver-toned accessories, including a glittering bracelet, drop earrings, and a lariat-style necklace.
