Mark Epstein, the sibling of the deceased serial sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, has spoken out this week following the recent announcement from President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice.
In an interview with NewsNation, Epstein expressed to host Chris Cuomo that he found the Trump administration’s assertion that his brother committed suicide to be laughable.
After the DOJ and FBI determined that there was no Epstein ‘client list,’ no proof that the sex offender was blackmailing ‘prominent individuals,’ and no indication that Epstein was murdered in his prison cell, Cuomo inquired, ‘Mark, you do not believe what the administration, the Trump administration, is stating about your brother now. Why?’
Epstein replied, ‘Well, every time they make a statement or take action to suppress the notion that he was most likely murdered, they only dig themselves deeper into a hole. For example, Kash Patel during the congressional hearing, you know, he presented his credentials as a prosecutor and other qualifications and claimed that it was a suicide. He stated, ‘You know a suicide when you see it.’ That’s essentially what he said,’ Mark Epstein remarked.
‘Therefore, the question that arose in my mind was, first of all, how many suicides has he actually witnessed? First of all. Secondly, is he a forensic pathologist? Does he possess a medical degree? Does he have a certification indicating he completed a CPR course? Does he hold a Boy Scout merit badge for first aid? What is the foundation of his expertise?’ Epstein elaborated.
Epstein went on, ‘In contrast, Dr. Roman, who served as a city pathologist and conducted the autopsy, emerged from the autopsy and stated she could not classify it as a suicide because it resembled a homicide too closely. Dr. Michael Baden, who was present on my behalf and observed the autopsy, also agreed that it appeared more like a homicide than a suicide. Now, was Kash Patel present in that autopsy room? No. Was Kash Patel in the prison when they discovered Jeffrey? No, I don’t believe so, and if he was there, that raises an even larger question.
On Tuesday, Trump convened his sixth Cabinet meeting of the year, during which he discussed several significant issues, particularly focusing on his administration’s response to the catastrophic flooding in Texas.
Tensions escalated when a reporter inquired of Attorney General Pam Bondi regarding the Department of Justice’s statement asserting that there was no evidence to support the existence of a ‘client list’ associated with Jeffrey Epstein or that he was murdered.
