Prince Harry has been reportedly left “shell-shocked” by a harsh Vanity Fair critique of both Harry and Meghan Markle.
The unflattering feature, entitled Inside Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Big Business Ambitions, 5 Years After Their Royal Exit, casts the duo in a negative light.
When Harry and Meghan first moved to the US, Vanity Fair was supportive of the Sussexes, and now that the tone has changed, which may make the coverage sting even more, reports the Mirror US.
An insider revealed to Heat Magazine that Harry and Meghan feel “This article was horrific in so many ways, and of course Meghan feels completely degraded and betrayed.”
The source added: “Harry is also shell-shocked it’s a full-blown assault on both their characters, like someone’s taken a sledgehammer to almost every aspect of their lives.”
