<p>Ivanka lifts weights and does strength training four days a week, occasionally incorporating yoga sessions. She also maintains a healthy diet, focusing on protein intake, takes daily walks, and sometimes enjoys horseback riding.</p>
<p>Ivanka has also shared an important morning habit—starting her day with a large glass of water mixed with freshly squeezed lemon juice.</p>
<p>“I wake up at 5:30 a.m. to meditate or exercise. I like to be fully prepared for the day before my kids wake up so that my mornings can be completely dedicated to them. Meditation is one of the most important things I do every day. I meditate for 20 minutes, twice a day,” Ivanka revealed.</p>
